A strategic partnership for founders who want to level up how they lead, decide, and direct what comes next.

Founder Strategy

Founder Strategy is a strong fit for founders who:
  • Have already built momentum through skill, experience, and judgment
  • Want to operate at a higher level of leadership and decision-making
  • Value clarity, structure, and strong decision-making
  • Want a strategic partner to think and work at the leadership level

Who Founder Strategy Is For

Founder Strategy is a strategic planning and applied leadership engagement designed to support how you lead the business, not just what you plan.

The work combines:
  • Clear assessment
  • Intentional long-term direction
  • Focused near-term planning
  • Executive-level partnership during real decision-making

This is not about fixing problems or increasing output.
It is about authorship, choosing the shape, pace, and priorities of the next phase with intention.

What Founder Strategy Is

You have built a business that works.
Momentum is present.
Decisions are being made.
The business is moving forward.

Founder Strategy exists for the next phase, when the question is no longer whether the business works, but how intentionally you want to lead what you are building next.

I'm ready, Let's talk
A clear, grounded view of how the business operates today.

We begin by stepping back and looking at the business as it actually functions, financially, operationally, and structurally.

This includes:
  • Financials, metrics, and revenue mix
  • Services and offers
  • Goals, vision, and values
  • How leadership time is currently allocated
  • Processes, team structure, and decision flow
  • Business rhythm, opportunities, and risks

Outcome: A shared, accurate understanding of the business’s current structure and the strategic considerations that should shape the year ahead.

1. Business Assessment

Founder Strategy brings together three connected components.
Each one builds clarity and then applies it.

How the Engagement Is Structured

Direction for the year and clarity on how it begins.

Using the assessment as the foundation, we develop a twelve-month strategic plan that reflects real capacity, priorities, and ambition.

This includes:
  • Clear strategic direction for the next year
  • Grounded, measurable goals
  • A small set of meaningful key performance indicators
  • Priorities and sequencing
  • Explicit constraints, resources, and assumptions

From there, the strategy is translated into a detailed ninety-day plan that clarifies:
  • What will be addressed first
  • Where leadership attention is most valuable
  • How initiatives should be sequenced
  • What progress will be measured in the near term

Outcome: A clear annual strategy and a focused, practical plan for the next phase of work.

2. Annual Strategy and Detailed Ninety-Day Plan

Applying and refining the strategy in real time.

Once the ninety-day plan is in motion, the engagement moves into three months of executive-level work on the business together.

Format:
  • Six biweekly sessions
  • Sixty to ninety minutes each

These sessions are used to:
  • Work through live strategic decisions as they arise
  • Address issues uncovered during execution
  • Adjust priorities, sequencing, or structure as needed
  • Ensure the strategy holds up in real operating conditions

These are not accountability calls.
They are not implementation management.

They are focused, executive-level working sessions centered on judgment, tradeoffs, and leadership decisions.

Outcome: A strategy that has been actively applied, tested, and refined, and a founder who has led the business forward with intention.

3. Three Months of Executive-Level Working Sessions

This engagement is designed for founders who value decision quality, steadiness, and sustained clarity over speed or volume.

*most flexible

4 x $2,000 payment upfront
3 x $1,200 monthly payments

*biggest savings

$5,000 paid in full

Investment

This sequence supports how leadership decisions are made, not just what gets planned.

It creates clarity first and then applies that clarity where it matters.

Assess.
Clarify.
Align.
Structure.
Sustain.
