I know what it's like to build the plain while flying it. In private equity, I helped build and scale a $20M+ multi-state retail operation, all while developing the operational 'secret sauce' that fueled and sustained real growth.
Business should support life, not consume it. Structure isn’t limiting; it’s what makes clarity and sustainability possible. When values, priorities, and systems are aligned, decisions become steadier, work becomes more focused, and growth becomes intentional rather than reactive.

I spent over 15 years in private equity, real estate, and finance leading operations, acquisitions, and portfolio management. In my last role, I helped scaled a $20M+ self-storage portfolio across multiple states, growing revenue by over 400% and supporting expansion through disciplined operational structure.
I know what it’s like to build while moving. To make high-stakes decisions without perfect information, and to feel the pressure of growth before systems fully catch up. That lived experience is what I bring into my work with founders now: clear perspective, grounded judgment, and structure that supports long-term sustainability.
My philosophy is simple: structure isn’t limiting, it’s liberating. Business should support life, not consume it. My mission is to help founders create space for the lives they want, not ones that demand constant sacrifice.
Outside of work, you’ll find me gardening, reading, camping with my husband and son, or enjoying quiet mornings with coffee and my two dogs.
Direct, steady, and protective of what matters. I don’t shy away from hard conversations, and I’m comfortable naming what others may be avoiding. Clients rely on me to cut through complexity, surface what’s real, and help maintain momentum when decisions matter.
Fast-moving, curious, and built for experimentation. I naturally explore multiple threads at once, test ideas in the real world, and refine quickly. A defined ego gives me follow-through: turning insight into grounded, practical decisions rather than abstract concepts.
Future-oriented and deeply curious. I’m drawn to big questions and long-term possibilities, while staying grounded in what’s practical and real. I’m most effective when helping translate vision into clear priorities and deliberate progress.

“I now have a clear outline of how my business runs optimally with tasks grouped and noted for efficient, clear delegation. I feel not only more clear on a path forward to hiring, but also more clear on what I actually enjoy and love in my business and how to preserve those parts for my expertise. I feel at ease knowing that I have control of the next steps and will seek the person with the right personality and skill set to support me, rather than adjusting my business to fit someone else’s strengths and losing my centeredness and grounding in the process.”

I grew up surrounded by people who built things. My parents built businesses, my aunts, uncles, and cousins built their own companies. My grandfather, one of the best sales and people leaders I’ve ever known, retired in his 50's to spend the rest of his life learning, writing, consulting, and defining what it means to live well. My grandmother is an artist. Business, creativity, and strategy have always been intertwined for me.
I carried those roots into a 15+ year career in private equity and real estate, working inside multi-million-dollar businesses across operations, strategy, and growth. I learned what it takes to scale, and just as importantly, what happens when growth outpaces structure.
I don’t believe success has to come at the cost of burnout, chaos, or carrying everything alone. Work should support your life, not consume it. That belief is at the heart of why I do this work.

I work with founders at specific decision points: when clarity, alignment, or steadier perspective would change how the business moves forward.
My engagements are intentionally scoped and designed to support clearer thinking, stronger priorities, and decisions that reflect both the business and the life you want it to support.
