We meet again to review conclusions and walk through the final deliverable together. This includes a clear view of what is currently working well, where attention or adjustment may be useful, and a shared understanding of the current state of the business.

What if I've tried strategic planning before and it didn't work?
This is focused strategic planning, not ongoing consulting. In two sessions, you get clarity, direction, and a complete plan. You're not paying for months of work. You're paying for concentrated time that gets you unstuck fast. If you want ongoing support, quarterly check-ins are available separately.
